2. Nature of Our Services

Alisa Marie Alchemy provides educational, coaching, mentorship, personal development, relationship education, and embodiment-based services and materials.

Offerings may explore topics including, but not limited to:

  • Personal development and self-awareness

The services and materials provided by Alisa Marie Alchemy are educational and experiential in nature.

3. Not Medical or Mental Health Care

Alisa Marie Alchemy does not provide psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical care, diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or other licensed healthcare services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Our coaching and embodiment services are not substitutes for therapy, medical care, psychiatric care, diagnosis, or treatment from an appropriately licensed professional.

You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you. If you have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, trauma history, medications, medical conditions, or psychological wellbeing, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource rather than relying on Alisa Marie Alchemy's services.

4. Personal Responsibility

Our work may invite reflection, emotional exploration, embodiment practices, meditation, movement, breath, relational inquiry, or discussions involving intimacy and sexuality.

You are always responsible for your own choices, boundaries, participation, physical wellbeing, and decisions.

You may choose not to participate in a particular exercise or practice if it does not feel appropriate for you.

Participation in coaching or embodiment work does not transfer responsibility for your personal, relational, financial, professional, medical, or other decisions to Alisa Marie Alchemy.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Personal development and relationship work are highly individual.

Alisa Marie Alchemy makes no guarantee regarding specific outcomes from coaching, mentorship, embodiment work, programs, trainings, or digital materials.

This includes, without limitation, guarantees regarding:

  • Romantic or sexual relationships

  • Attraction or dating outcomes

  • Sexual experiences or sexual functioning

  • Marriage or partnership

  • Emotional wellbeing

  • Personal transformation

  • Financial or business outcomes

  • Physical or mental health

  • Specific behavioral changes

  • The actions or responses of another person

Testimonials, client experiences, and examples are illustrative only and do not guarantee that you will experience the same or similar results.

Your results depend on numerous factors, including your participation, circumstances, choices, consistency, and factors outside the control of Alisa Marie Alchemy.

6. Consent and Boundaries

Participation in Alisa Marie Alchemy's services does not constitute consent to physical, sexual, romantic, or intimate contact with any coach, facilitator, team member, or other participant.

Any embodiment, intimacy, sexuality, meditation, movement, or self-directed practices offered through our work are educational invitations. Participants retain full agency over whether and how they participate.

Clients and participants are responsible for communicating and honoring their own boundaries and respecting the boundaries and consent of others.

7. Payments

Prices and payment terms are disclosed at the time of purchase or agreed upon in writing.

If you select a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the entire purchase price according to the agreed payment schedule. A payment plan divides the total cost into installments and does not convert a fixed-term program or package into a cancellable monthly subscription.

Failure or inability to participate does not automatically release you from an agreed payment obligation.

We reserve the right to suspend access to services or materials when an account is past due.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law, purchases are non-refundable.

By purchasing an offering, you agree to review and abide by the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our website.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content provided by Alisa Marie Alchemy—including recordings, meditations, audio practices, videos, teachings, frameworks, written materials, exercises, course materials, graphics, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to Alisa Marie Alchemy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the purchased materials for your own personal use.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • Reproduce or redistribute our materials

  • Share paid recordings or login credentials with others

  • Sell or sublicense our materials

  • Upload paid materials to public platforms

  • Record or reproduce live sessions for distribution

  • Present our proprietary materials as your own

10. Confidentiality in Group Experiences

Participants in group programs may hear personal information shared by other participants.

By participating in a group experience, you agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not intentionally disclose personally identifying stories, experiences, recordings, screenshots, or confidential information shared by another participant without that person's permission.

Alisa Marie Alchemy cannot guarantee that every participant will comply with this obligation and therefore cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality in group environments.

11. Technology and Third-Party Platforms

Our services may be delivered through third-party platforms and service providers, including video conferencing, email, payment processors, website platforms, messaging applications, and course or content-hosting platforms.

We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, security incidents, or other failures that occur solely within third-party services outside our reasonable control.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information on our website and in our materials. However, information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

We reserve the right to modify offerings, pricing, schedules, website content, and these Terms as appropriate, subject to existing contractual commitments and applicable law.
